Surviving Roman bathhouse walls beneath the protective shelter at Beauport Park near Hastings

The 2000 year old remains of a roman bath house buried deep within Beauport Woods St Leonards east Sussex

The surviving walls and excavated remains of the Roman bathhouse at Beauport Park, near Hastings in East Sussex. The bathhouse formed part of a major Roman ironworking site associated with the Classis Britannica.
