Kingston Ridge Winter Wonderland
Mid December 2022 and the landscape had been transformed by a winter snow storm and sub zero temperatures. Come the weekend decided on a return to Kingston Ridge on the south downs in East Sussex to hopefully photograph this snow covered winter wonderland.

This week in December 2021 has seen some very colourful sunrises. This usually happens in the week when you are working. The weather forecast looked good for Saturday and the plan was to shoot a sunrise from Warren Hill on the South Downs overlooking Eastbourne.

Firle Beacon Moonset
Rose early but not early enough for a sunrise and full moonset from Firle Beacon on the South Downs in East Sussex. After golden hour the plan was then to walk the whole ridge from Bo Peep to Itford Hill and back.

With the Xmas break needed to get out and exercise. With the Tier 4 lockdown was restricted on travel. Decided on an afternoon walk from Wilmington Hill to Folkington Hill on the South Downs in East Sussex. Plan was to hang around for a late December sunset.
