Winter Landscape Photography East Sussex Kent

From December 2017 into the new year I went on many walks around East Sussex and Kent and took many landscape photographs during the winter months. Driving along the A21 to and from Hastings I could not help noticing the views and landscape around a small place called Johns Cross.  So it was towards the end of April on a beautiful sunny weekend I decided to take a walk around the countryside of Johns Cross in East Sussex.

Fritham New Forest Hampshire

Looking like a mostly cloudy  day moving into the last third of August 2017.  With clouds acting as a giant diffusor of the sun its the ideal opportunity to do some landscape photography in woodland.  A perfect opportunity to return to the enchanting new Forest of nearby Hampshire starting out from Fritham.

Forest of Dean Gloucestershire

Another cloudy weekend beckoned, with the sunlight diffused by clouds, forests and woodland can make good subject matter to photograph. Without diffused light there is too much contrast with the bright and dark areas. So this weekend decided to take my first trip to the Forest of Dean in Gloucestershire.
